Tuesday 31st - 9.30am, 11.15am & 4pm

These times are all based on a 60-minute treatment, with some flexibility around start times and duration.

Happy Hump Day, Peeps - hope you're having a great week!!

Just a little PSA for you all ....

If you take the M4 off ramps (both west & east bound) onto Mulgoa Road when attending your appointment, these are both closed for roadworks until Monday 19 January.

If coming from Emu Plains, you'll need to exit at Russell Street (and make your way via Emu Plains/Mulgoa Road) or continue to the Northern Road, and then through Glenmore Park via Glenmore Parkway). If you're coming from the east, you'll need to exit at the Northern Road (and come through Glenmore Park via the Glenmore Parkway).

Make sure you leave plenty of time to make your appointment. It's always better to be early, than late (as we may not be able to fit in your full treatment time).

Wishing my Nurturessence Aroma & Massage Therapy 'family' a wonderful Christmas!!

Celebrate the day with your loved ones. Spend time thinking about those who are no longer with us this year. Eat, drink & be merry. Rip & tear when opening your pressies. Enjoy a bevvie (or 3). Have someone else peel your prawns (miss you Dad ❤️). Cheat at backyard cricket. Snooze the afternoon away. Give many hugs & much love to everyone around you. Make memories!!

Then spend a quiet moment, thinking about those who won't find the time or the energy to celebrate this year ~ for at this moment we are surrounded by them.

And then give thanks for all the many things that we do have. Merry Christmas everyone 🎅🎄🎁
