They’re your go-to person for understanding your plan and connecting with supports in your community. 🀝
NDIS participants with less intensive needs are often supported by a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) rather than a Support Coordinator.

- LACs help participants to:
- Understand and access the NDIS
- Create and develop their NDIS plan
- Connect with services and supports
- Check-in and review progress throughout the plan

They focus on building individual and community capacity, providing information, supporting goals, and helping participants get the most out of their plan. 🌟
