We’re back home and monitoring the situation closely. With Yea currently limited to residents only, we’ll be cancelling this Saturday’s appointments to prioritise everyone’s safety.

Feeling very grateful that our home is safe while holding a heavy heart for those in the surrounding communities who’ve been affected.

Unfortunately due to the fires near Yea, we have evacuated our home.

All bookings tomorrow have been cancelled and clients will be contacted directly.

The certainty of bookings in Yea in the coming weeks is also unclear but we’ll keep our clients updated.

I’m very excited to announce that my Yea space is officially open as of the 29th November and my first day is now fully booked. I will be doing one more day in December before the silly season break and then back on 17th Jan, appointments are live on my website.

For my Wonthaggi clients, I’ve opened up some spots for 10th Jan and I’ll have more information on online appointments in the coming weeks.

Appreciate everyone’s continued support over the last few years and look forward to cultivating a healing space for you all. 💕

✨ Big update! ✨

It’s been a season of change—renovations, moving, and finally settling into our new home in Yea! 🏡 A big transition, but such a rewarding one! ✨

I’ve also started teaching at the Northern School of Kinesiology—feeling so connected with the community and loving the chance to help train future practitioners. 🙌

For those waiting on appointments, I currently have two sessions available in Wonthaggi on 20th September. In the meantime, I’ll be working quietly behind the scenes to get my new space in Yea ready for welcoming clients soon. 💫

I've just finished up with clients today, my last Glenroy appointments before the big move. Now it's time to start packing!

A bittersweet moment, I've never felt so whole and content in my adulthood life as I have in this unit, all thanks to my wonderful parents.

5 years here and if you told me back then where I would be now, I would have never believed it. Our house in Yea settled exactly 5 years later from when I moved here in 2020, divine timing at its finest. I can't wait to see what the next 5 years has in store for me. 🔮

Business Update:

I wanted to let you know that I will be closing my bookings in Wonthaggi and Glenroy for the next two months. During this time, I’ll be renovating and moving into my new home in Yea and focusing on training to teach Kinesiology at the Northern School of Kinesiology.

I appreciate your understanding and support as I make this transition. I look forward to reconnecting with you soon once I’ve settled in! 🧡

Happy New Year everyone, I hope you had a wonderful silly season! I’m back in clinic as of this weekend after a nice holiday break.

I’ve just updated my booking availability up until April and you may notice that they are a bit sporadic due to some big life changes coming up. More on this later. 🙏🏼

Goal or intention setting is a powerful tool in Kinesiology, it speaks to our innate humanness, the desire to have a purpose. Often we have blockages or subconsciously stand in our own way but it is also said that anything worthwhile does not come easy. You can do this! 💜

Sage is a powerful herb and has traditionally been used by indigenous cultures to ward off negative energy and offer protection. It's also thought to enhance spiritual connection and create a sense of calm and tranquility.

Burning sage is useful in the home to cleanse a space and I like to go into each corner of the room and imagine a shield of positive energy is being formed with the smoke.

With any spiritual practice, setting your intention is always important and is an easy way you can support yourself at home. 🙏🏼

I personally love daylight savings but it can often be disruptive to our sleep as it throws out our Circadian Rhythm. When it is light, our bodies feel more alert and when it is dark we produce the hormone melatonin which promotes sleep. With an extra hour of light, we can tend to stay up later and I notice I also end up eating dinner later too.

Here’s some tips to restorative sleep:

💤 Regular bedtime - wake up and go to sleep at the same time everyday.
💤 Reduce screen time - blue-light on your phone blocks the production of melatonin.
💤 Try and eat at least 3 hours before going to bed so digestion doesn’t disturb your sleep.
💤 Use essential oils in a diffuser - cedarwood, lavender & Chamomile are a few that are great for sleep!
💤 Listen to a sleep meditation/story to get in the zone.
💤 Drink some sleepy tea - I love Higher Living ‘Sweet Dreams’ tea bags.
