We welcome the Autumn weather in Melbourne, where the plants energy is going into the ground. The leaves change colour and falls to feed the soil and microbes.

Autumn is also a time for us to slow down and nourish our yin energy. Ie sleep, immune system, nervous system, reproductive organs.

To rest more, and get good deep longer sleep. To eat more nutrients dense foods and avoid all types of junk.
Ie toxic screens, seed oils, chemicals, alcohol, coffee.

Yin exercises like Tai Chi, Yoga, sound healing and Meditation is highly recommend too.
