I have put so much on hold with waiting to find out when my next and last surgery will be...I flipped a switch in my head and got out of the waiting mode and into the living mode! The month of April l have set a goal to how many k’s I plan to do and how many new places I can walk around. Today Ash found us a nice “easy” track. I’m just loving getting back out discovering all the beautiful places around us!

One of my girls hasn’t been herself the past few days… seems like a bit of a gut upset. I’ve been adding some healing herbs into her food and spent some quiet time with her today giving her Reiki. The other girls got jealous and wanted to be a part of it too😁 I definitely felt like mother hen lol

Thank you so much to everyone who came along yesterday to my group Reiki & meditation session ❤️
It truly was such a beautiful morning, and I’m so grateful to have shared that space with you all… the energy in the room was just incredible ✨

Moving forward, I’ll be holding these group sessions monthly on a Sunday, and I’ll also be introducing a Wednesday evening session once a month 🔥
I’ll pop the upcoming dates up during the week.
