Everything feels a lot at the moment…not because we don’t have the capacity to hold a lot…because there is a lot to hold at the moment…. but more so because we are holding aspects of ourselves that are newly opening up to us….and they feel foreign, forgotten parts of ourselves, yet somehow familiar…..and in this raw uncoupling we are facing new parts that need to be assimilated with the old as we transition out of the old. It’s weirdly familiar but also frustratingly new. Time to go with the flow.

When you finally reach a point of real love for yourself you will push past the instinctual reaction to run or seek some form of avoidance when your true feelings present. It’s easy to hold onto wounds because they are a familiar feeling. Just because they feel negative isn’t enough for us to shed them. Being creatures of habit we will stick with the familiar rather than venture into the unknown. It is that resistance that keeps the patterns going and causes you to respond from your wounds. When you finally choose to heal, every changes. Laughter and joy, lightness and peace replace those heavy old feelings.

It’s becoming IMPOSSIBLE to ignore — the Earth’s frequency has been holding STRONG nearly every day now, and so far today is no different.

Another 12 hours of NONSTOP AMPLIFICATION on the Schumann chart… a continuous hum that just won’t settle.
The planet’s field isn’t spiking randomly anymore — it’s SUSTAINING SOMETHING. ☄️

When you are in deep suffering it is often hard to see a way out of it. The emotional pain clouds your judgement and leaves you feeling as if the experience you are in will never end. It consumes your thoughts, landing heavy in your mind upon waking, and dominates your thinking throughout the day. Yet there is always a way out. A way to find your centre and peace.
