One of the people who had a Numerology Card Reading at the Cooloola Coast Heritage Market today was a truth teller …..her energy, her stance, her presence demands truth from those around her….she mirrors what they are not willing to see… and for many this is unnerving. Yet this is where we are collectively… being pushed towards truth, both individually and collectively. If I based my self esteem around the number of views and interactions on my social media posts, it wouldn’t rank very high.
If I based my worth on the number of people who follow up on an appointment after indicating interest I would feel pretty unworthy.
If I based my confidence around the interest shown in my art I would be left lacking.
It’s what we hold inside that matters, not who or what you are. Life existed before social media. Businesses existed before social media. Don’t let it run your heart or mind.

There is discussion around ‘the observer effect’ on consciousness… and given we are able to observe our thoughts… we can see that we are the observer. Which means if we can effect what we observe, we can change what we observe. Including ourselves.

Some people don’t know who they are without their story…it’s how they identify themselves… or how they feel seen… yet each time you identify with your story you solidify the path and trajectory you are taking. Take a risk and step outside your story, outside your comfort zone and see who you are without it. You might be surprised.
