Some books are meant to be read when the timing is right. This book has been sitting in my book shelf for a few years now...unread. I've picked it up maybe 5 times in that time and put it back after the first couple of chapters. It just didn't vibe with me. But this time, I've made it half way through so I guess I'm ready to absorb the lessons. They do say, when the students ready the teacher appears !

Soaking up the morning sun - best part of the day. The world is still relatively quiet except for the birds. I could ramble on about the early morning sun syncing my circadian rhythm but let's just go with enjoying the sunshine just because.

I cannot recommend .anderson's podcast Beyond The Surface highly enough. It is full of wisdom and guidance and my go-to every Monday morning. Today's episode hit home big time. The content was something I've heard many times, but as we know, things hit differently depending on where you are in life. And you can take away something different each time you hear it.

For those that love their muesli bars , forget about the usual supermarket varieties. Once you've tried muesli bars, you'll never eat anything else (unless you make them yourself)
I bought a box with all the different varieties and am working my way through them - no firm favourite as yet - they are all so delicious
Added bonus, they are gluten free 🎊🎉
