I have been on this low tox 'journey' for quite a while now and I have found the most simplest of products to work well for me.
Take skin serums for instance, in the past, I have paid up to $100 for a small bottle of store bought products - ludicrous.
This concoction works so much better, is 100 times cheaper and I can pronounce every ingredient.
Jojoba, vitamin E and Yarrow Pom - what could be simpler ???

I haven't used the sauna much over summer - the days have been hot enough without sitting in a 55 degree sauna, but now that the mornings are getting cooler, I'll try and at least get one sauna in a week.
AND it's the perfect spot to catch up on a podcast.

Don't you get tired of all your own bu****it? Do you wonder why you don't move forward on something you think you SHOULD do? Have you even considered that it may not be what you really want to do?
Stop with the excuse already and get honest with yourself. Is this Thing (whatever it might be) what you really want? If it's not a hell yes then let it go. Stop wasting time procrastinating and making excuses and then beating yourself up for not going ahead with whatever it is. We only have this one life and it goes by in a blink. Figure out what it is that really floats your boat and go do that. Stop living someone else's life and go live your own. Don't waste time on the SHOULDS.
