Here is your monthly reminder to clean your diffuser
How to Deep-Clean an Ultrasonic Diffuser (Lumo or Petal diffuser)
– Turn off your diffuser.
– Fill the water reservoir halfway to the line with clean water.
– Add 10 drops of pure white vinegar to the water reservoir.
– Turn it on and let run for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vinegar to disperse throughout.
– Drain the water reservoir completely.
– Dip a cotton swab in white vinegar and wipe down the edges of the water reservoir as well as the ultrasonic mist chip.
– Rinse the water reservoir with clean water.
– Wipe the reservoir with a dry cloth and let air dry before using it again.
Keeping a clean diffuser allows for the best possible experience in using your doTERRA essential oils aromatically.

A great school time snack spiced with the doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend and Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil.

Spiced with the dōTERRA On Guard® Protective Blend and Cinnamon Bark essential oil, this popcorn makes a great school time snack that’s spicy, salty and slightly sweet.

Servings: 16

Ingredients
1 cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup unrefined coconut oil
¼ cup pure maple syrup
5–6 drops dōTERRA On Guard Protective Blend
2–3 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil
Ground cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste

Instructions
Air-pop popcorn and place in a large mixing bowl.
Melt coconut oil. Stir in maple syrup and essential oils.
Pour mixture over popcorn, pausing to toss and mix.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and salt. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.

Whether for an after school snack or an on-the-go treat, granola bars are a prefect pack and go option. The added Tangerine essential oil will add a citrus burst that will have the kids wanting them every day.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients
2 ½ cups of quick oats
½ cup rice crispies
½ cup of mini chocolate chips
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup coconut
⅛ cup flax seed
⅛ cup sesame seed
⅛ cup chia seed
⅓ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 drops Tangerine essential oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 175° C.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients together. Melt in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix together.
Allow wet ingredients to absorb into dry ingredients.
Tip: If mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil or honey; if too wet, add more oats.

Enjoy this refreshing drink using Basil and Lemon Essential Oils that is perfect for Summer!

Ingredients
¼ cucumber
1 basil leaf
Sparkling water
Honey or agave nectar
1 drop Basil and Lemon essential oils
Fresh cucumber for garnish

Method
In a blender, blend cucumber and basil leaf.
Pour blended mix into a glass and top with sparkling water.
Drizzle honey or agave nectar, add Lemon and Basil essential oils and stir to mix.
Garnish with fresh cucumber.
