Hands on Earth, owned by John and Jodie, is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Airbnb cleaning team. If you take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces and enjoy flexible work in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ What We Offer:
• Work across the stunning coastal strip from Coolum to Mudjimba, as well as the hinterland areas.
• Competitive pay with the potential to earn $40 per hour on an ABN once fully trained.
• Paid training—we value your time and want to set you up for success.
• Supportive team, clear systems, and consistent work with opportunities to grow.
✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Reliability and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow checklists
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• Availability for changeovers between 10am–2pm
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an ABN
