Join me in the journey of 'Letting Go'
Often we are told to just 'let it go', however this is often easier said than done as letting go is not an event, but a practice. It is learning to 'let go' of events of the past and and negative emotions that come with it, to be in the present peacefully. Some things are easy to let go, like an irritating driver on the way to work and with practice events like these may become less significant. The Big Things are a lot more difficult and can create feelings of " I am not good enough" and other feelings we hold on to without knowing. Only if we recognize emotions such as: Anger, shame, resentment, pain, grieve or guilt can we actually let them go. They will fester in our bodies until we let them surface and experience them. Holding on may make us sick, stressed or anxious.
