I'm seeing a lot of people for various fears this week.
There are a few with fear of needles.
A fear of choking
A fear of swallowing tablets
A fear of driving
And as usual, a few for fear of judgement.

You don't need to live with fear.
It's simply a protection response from an over-vigilant subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is kind. It wants to keep you safe, but often, it does this in really silly ways.

Hypnotherapy is like pressing the reset button, neutralising the fear response.
