Are you among the 85% with adrenal fatigue?
For women, prolonged stress is a major factor in thyroid and hormonal imbalances resulting in menstrual irregularities, menopause challenges, PMS, fibroids…

This is a concerning statistic that I want to bring to your attention…

More than 85% of patients I treated showed signs of adrenal fatigue or exhaustion.

Which is a big deal…

Prolonged adrenal stress has been linked to…

● Headaches
● Backaches
● Insomnia
● Anger
● Cramps
● High blood pressure
● Chronic fatigue syndrome
● And lowered immune system functioning resulting in recurrent bacterial or viral infections.
● And so much more.

For women, prolonged stress is a major factor in thyroid and hormonal imbalances resulting in menstrual irregularities, menopause challenges, PMS, fibroids, endometriosis, fertility problems, and loss of libido.

So many people who have these conditions simply run to the doctor to treat it with pharmaceuticals, which generally dont work on whats sitting behind the symptoms..... the stress.

Which is adding even MORE stress.

Making so many people (especially women) age far more rapidly than they should…

Living with weight on their shoulders, physical ailments and heavy emotions in their heart.

After a few years, it just becomes normal life, and they dont know how good they can feel. These 85% of patients had no idea the stress they were constantly under.

And this stress will ultimately cut years or decades off their lives.

And it breaks my heart because the answer is right in front of our faces.

I like to call it the ‘hidden obvious’...

It’s just simple and small daily shifts that don’t even add time to your day…

And it’s all right here for you to implement. Grab your copy of F*CK The Stress and get yourself into a state of free expression, joyfulness, and contentment.

Then please email me and tell me all about your new found confidence, free spirit and joyful living!

That’s what I live for.

Good Carbs Are NOT Evil!!!
I find people too scared to eat carbs of any kind, and yet good unrefined and unprocessed carbs help to give us our energy.
Vegetables, fruits and whole grains also contain prebiotic fiber
which is essential to a healthy gut.

My gorgeous friend and Metabolic Nutritionist, Lochi Horner, calls carbohydrates the "intensity macro". Good carbs play a crucial role in fueling our bodies for physical activity. The amount of carbs we need relates closely to our exercise intensity. When engaging in high-intensity workouts or endurance activities, carbohydrates provide the primary energy source, helping to sustain performance and prevent fatigue. In contrast, lower-intensity exercises or sedentary lifestyles require fewer carbs. Eating carbs with activity levels in mind can effectively manage energy levels, maintain healthy body composition, and promote long-term fitness and wellbeing.

If we don’t eat, we stress our body. Stressing the body spikes cortisol, and people trying to lose weight by intermittent fasting could be causing more of a problem. Cortisol is the stress hormone that overrides every-thing. When intermittent fasting is done correctly, it is supported by adaptogens and herbs that help to detoxify our body systems.

Imagine we have a body that’s out of balance through stress, worry, overwork, hormones, and so on. We eat less, exercise more, and make a smaller body with a higher percentage of out- of-balance. The body then goes, I have to protect myself from this, and it does it by increasing visceral fat. So, we can have somebody smaller but still with a higher body fat percentage than someone bigger.

So when it comes to intermittent fasting...

Supported fasting gets my naturopath tick.
Stressing the body through calorie deprivation does not.

Live life as though everything is rigged in your favour.

Behind every problem, there's a question trying to ask itself.

Behind every question, there's an answer trying to reveal itself.

Behind every answer, there's an action trying to take place.

This comes from the book The Code of the Extraordinary Mind and is absolutely how I live my life. Always curious as to why each problem or challenge presents in my life.

Burnout isn’t just a buzzword, whilst many people are aware of the concept, its true dangers often go unnoticed until it’s too late. Burnout is more than just feeling tired after a long week—it’s a chronic condition that can have severe consequences for both physical and mental health. Worse, the hidden dangers of burnout can seep into every area of your life, impacting not only your work performance but also your relationships, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

Let’s explore the often-overlooked effects of burnout and why taking it seriously is essential for both personal and professional health.

Have you ever heard the saying ‘whatever we resist, persists’? The more we focus on trying not to be like our parents, in this instance, the more we find ourselves becoming just like them. Similarly, the more we focus on trying not to get stressed, the more stress we will experience because that has become the focus of our attention. Our subconscious mind gets bombarded with messages about what we don’t want and doesn’t hear the ‘try not to’ part.

So, the first thing to do is to recognise the pattern and understand how our subconscious mind works and affects us. Instead of focusing on trying not to be stressed, we can switch our focus to being calm and relaxed. This sends the right instructions to our subconscious mind, and we find ourselves suddenly doing what we knew we could do now that we feel calm and relaxed. The power move is to focus on what we want, not what we don't want.

Before burning out, I was an alcoholic, propping myself with anything I could grab to manage the stress in my life. I prided myself on working hard and playing harder. I was not a nice person and had no sense of peace. I was constantly trying to prove myself to others to get their approval. Burning out and having a bad car accident ended up being the best thing to happen to me, and I doubt I would be alive today if I had not gotten that wake-up call. I didn't make 100% change overnight. I started and consistently built layer on layer, where today I feel bloody fantastic, and I am proud of my journey.

If you're reading this and thinking, I don't have the time to look after me and my health, as Gandhi said, "I have so much to accomplish today that I must meditate for two hours instead of one." Success isn't convenient. There will never be the right time or enough time to start. It's a choice. It's time to make ourselves the number one priority in our life. It’s not selfish. Its self-respect.

I am here to help kick your butt with love, when you are ready to make your health a priority. I am not in the convincing game and I wish you to find peace and flow while sticking close to the mark 80% of the time. That is achievable and sustainable for even the busiest person.
