Goal setting using the 4 pillars, a calm space and covering our health, wealth and happiness. You may be surprised in what Goals can be achieved when thinking totally CLEARLY, in a calm, safe space.
Yoga to provide more focus, being present and providing effort into action. We have an amazing guest Yoga Instructor for this session
Ice Bath is our moment to step out of our old life and resetting our thoughts for the future. The new you. We learn how to consciously make a decision to do something uncomfortable to achieve results and to teach our body to adapt to stress.
