In this lifetime I have brought with me my prior knowledge. For my shamanic journey in this lifetime I was put through the common life in order to test me. Situations were created. I had to find ways to overcome them through my unique way of thinking. The accepted way of human thinking was even painful for me. It is hard and lacks sense of spirit. Spirit Soul Retrieval is full body mind, spirit, soul, emotion is absolute merging as one for attaining self mastery. These Ancient Therapies go as far back at times of Atlantis. The Beginning;

Along with selfish souls there also lived people who were keenly connected the earth and it's healing elements. Atlantean times were very much like current times, it consisted of some souls who were there to fully evolve and others who lived (due to their programming in absolute selfishness and just survival through just pleasure seeking from external sources since they were totally disconnected from their spirit and soul and were just caught in their programming. This contributed to the sinking of Atlantis. The pure souls were keenly aware of the laws of cause and effect. Many difficulties that people face these days are (according to ancient teachings) are direct result of actions. Ancient Therapies are based on the universal laws of cause and effect. As we change our mindset, the actions change dramatically. The changes are organic; no effort at all. What would seem to be difficult to do, actually looks and feels easy. Role of ancient therapies is take you through and beyond resistance. To embracing the elements that are absolutely essential to facilitating change. When mind and body work in harmony, life is richer. Enrichment in every area of life is the sole role of Ancient therapies. This is far outside the framework of modern therapies where all focus is placed on just one aspect of life or body functions. This particular ancient therapies facilitates surfacing and releasing emotions, memories and the blockages held in the cellular and soulular structure. When released through just the physical, mental and emotional, that is entrapment. The body falsely believes there was successful healing. It's essential we involve your soul as part of the healing. Many elements of dissatisfaction and diseases according to ancient healing principals are part of being disassociated from your soul. Your soul is here to be involved in life on earth. During your transition from the spirit world and the entry into this dimension, some of your being has been scrambled. To counteract that - there were systems in place to re-align you upon entry earth atmosphere. Part of that was done by preparing the woman for pregnancy. This was followed by specific way man and woman connecting to one another. Over time, this was lost. Ancient therapies incorporate your entry into the earth atmosphere pre conception. If that was missed as it has been for hundreds and even thousands of years, we can put you back on the path of your true path of connection. There is a way to harmonize you to integrate fully onto this plane of living.

I've become more and 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 and more and more and 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤-𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞-𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝.

He flew for his appointment to the Gold Coast from Cairns when it became obvious that that is completely shut down and not functioning. and not in a conventional way such as talking to a psychologist. He'd been through that already.

He'd been in a psych ward and it did not make a significant impact on his life long term, but it saved his life.

I'm resilient. What's happened is I've become more and more and more and more shut down and more and more and more about task-focused, outcome-focused, get up, do the thing, keep going forward, keep going forward, keep going forward.

His background is incredible trauma one of the rarest I've come across, plus he was in special forces for a number of years, deployed in places very few can engage on this level of combat.

This is taken from a recording with full permission to share wherever it will make a difference. So many people out there who feel totally disconnected from their spirit and soul.

Conflict destroys the sacred essence within us, often carrying its effects across lifetimes.

It is a serious 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐄 that originates from within ourselves. This inner turmoil can manifest in all areas of life—intimate relationships, friendships, even the workplace. Conflict is an energy of destruction, absorbing and spreading to everyone around.

ADHD is one form of this inner conflict. Rather than treating it solely as a disease to be managed and tolerated, we must look deeper at how it fragments our inner being, affecting not just the individual but the collective consciousness and the relationships we hold dear.

I chose this photo to represent conflict because most people don’t truly grasp how dark it is at its core.

Conflict can be 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, but only when the person engulfed in it takes responsibility and makes the effort to change.

If more people understood the damage conflict causes—to themselves, to others, and to the very world around them—they would be seeking therapies and solutions to heal immediately.

Healing comes from inner peace from stillness not from mind-altering substances..
Only from your inner stillness, you can hear your inner wisdom, everything else is a distraction.

Aajonus was huge on avoiding actions that create karma. These trips are guaranteed to generate more lifetimes.
Involvement in ceremonies or rituals involving substances like
yaje (also known as ayahuasca),
hapé, or Rapé, which are used in certain indigenous traditions for spiritual purposes.
Psychedelic mushrooms, such as psilocybin mushrooms, contain psychoactive compounds that can alter perception and induce hallucinations.
Ice Baths: Undergoing shock treatments like ice baths or other extreme physical experiences intended to induce altered states of consciousness or spiritual revelations.
Breath Techniques: Various breathing exercises and practices aimed at altering consciousness, enhancing vitality, and inducing altered states of awareness.
Ta***ic S*x: An ancient practice that involves sacred s*xuality, intimacy, and spiritual connection. It emphasizes union and connection with oneself, a partner, and the divine that often is neo ta**ra and will take you down the dark path.
This includes 'sound healing ceremonies'; Again you are under the influence of the sounds made from lower dimensions you need your inner sound not the sounds of minerals and rocks.
It's essential to approach spiritual development with discernment and rely on practices that nurture authentic growth and inner transformation from within.
This is a serious issue for many who are seeking to heal and to stop suffering.
These experiences often lead one away from their divine self, placing them under the control of substances or manipulative hypnosis.
Engaging in breathwork techniques that involve hyperventilation or intense breathing patterns purported to alter consciousness, such as certain forms of breath techniques. These too take you away from your inner being and place you under the influence of the facilitator especially in a group setting.
Neo Ta**ra that is prevalent everywhere and often associated with Ecstatic Dance;

Participating in ta***ic s*x practices 'often being neo ta**ra' which is is a blend or superficial concepts mixed with emotional release that emphasize spiritual connection through s*xual energy, which may involve specific rituals and techniques beyond conventional intimacy.
Be mindful on your healing path.

That will take you away from the healing path and give you a false sense of intimacy and freedom. I see many people recommending that path. Be mindful of who you listen to and research what true Ta**ra really is.
Classical Ta**ra is direct path to liberation and away from suffering. With 'neo ta**ra' you will increase your suffering especially in your future.
