Easy Protein Pancake recipe from Mass Athlete ๐ช๐ผ

Ingredients:
โข 60g almond milk or milk of choice
โข 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
โข Dash of vanilla extract
โข 1 egg
โข 40g white flour
โข 1/2 tsp baking powder
โข 30g protein powder - preferably Vegan or Whey (not isolate or collagen)
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the almond milk, ACV, and vanilla extract. Let sit for a few minutes and add the egg.
2. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and protein powder.
3. Pour the almond milk mixture into the dry ingredients.
4. Mix gently until combined. If the batter is too thick, add a small amount of water to reach the desired consistency.
5. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.
6. Pour the batter into the pan, forming pancakes of your desired size.
7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
