The new Medtronic G4 sensor is available on NDSS for our patients using the Medtronic 780G pump.
You will need to contact your Diabetes Educator and provide your NDSS number and your address.
A starter kit ( new transmitter and a box of sensors) will be sent to the address you nominate).
If you are one of our patients please contact Renata on renata@forbeshealthcare.com.au and provide your NDSS number and address.

Points to note: - sensors are the same, transmitter looks the same but uses a G4 technology ( no calibration needed).
- you will need to unpair the old transmitter and pair the new one on your pump. ( if you find you will need help we can organize a face to face appointment, just let Renata know).
- NDSS does not accept PO Box address for delivery.
