Refrain from speaking negatively about yourself even as a joke. Your body doesn't know the difference between a joke and real life.

Consider words as energy and spells we cast daily through the mystic wizard of language (interestingly called 'spelling' ;)).
Your body responds to the words, choose wisely.

Good morning!

We are quick to write chapter one, then we just re-read chapter one over and over again. Keep writing your chapters and a good book has something between chapters, you never saw coming or can't believe.

The bigger I get, I get strong, The stronger I get, nobody can stop me.

I don't let people or a book etc. Tell me what I can and can't do...
Never again, It won't happen.

Whatever I believe, I go for it and all I have to understand is that before I succeed, I must first learn to fail.

I then learn from my failures, and work hard to never repeat those failures.
I surround myself and work with people that are smarter than me, listen to EVERYTHING then practice till I find the limit (if there is one)

*And mentally know i'm the best.*

This was the realisation for me:

That "limits" and me applying all my effort to "oh if I do this, work hard, one day ill be the best." leads to up and down results and the next "one day" gets further and further away every day.

If you want something, like REALLY want something. You have to f$ #%ing WANT it.

Then find out what the best 'looks like', form a path on how to get there, become obsessed and don't let anything stop you.

"I am the best Leader" "I am the best basketballer" "I am the best lover for my partner" 10 times, 3 times a day.

Your Mind and brain have to find a way to make it happen. Because you believe it to be true.

Whatever you believe, becomes your reality.

- It wasn't till I thought I was the best, that I started to become the best. Funnily enough. Envision the best version of who you want to become!

What are you feeling?
- This one hit me big time. You feel negative, you attract negative. I now see this one all the time. It's nuts, think about it - you're negative, the environment becomes negative. No matter what way you think about it, it's crazy!

What are you creating?
- I envision being handed $10,000 a month, now my mind has to find a way to make it a reality.

I got rid of the self disbelief and limiting thoughts. It's life changing. Just think "What if?"

Try it, live it, breathe it.

Morning all!

I wanted to share some thing SO simple and one of the MOST impactful things that I ever learnt. And it has a lot to do with language and the language that we use and we don't realise that we're using and it has a LOT of impact on the way we go about our lives.
And there's a subtle shift to change the language, to change the way we perceive our reality and our life.

And that is the langauge and affirmations or words like: "I should be off doing something" "I should be over here", " I have to do this", I 'need to be doing this"

When you think about that, it's like creating an instant resistance to what it is we are currently doing and what were currently doing isnt enough Or what were currently doing is wrong. its like a burden.

The truth is that we don't NEED to do anything, we don't HAVE to do anything, there is nothing that we SHOULD be or SHOULDNT be doing.

it just tends to have a negative feeling whether subconscious or concious.

And a way to shift that, so its no longer a "burden" or "oh ive got to do that but like i really dont want to." Is to change ONE WORD

When you have the I should or I need to or I have to. Try change that to "I get to" "I choose to" OR "I love to" and just look at how that feels when you say it.

⛔️ "I need to go to the gym"
πŸ€— "I love to go the gym"

⛔️ "I should be doing work"
πŸ€— "I choose to do work"

⛔️ "I have to cook dinner"
πŸ€— "I get to cook dinner"

And all of a sudden its like these things that were burdens are now privileges and things we can look forward to and it shifts the perspective into gratitude as well.

I was creating this "I need to be anywhere other than I am right now" "I should be this person" " I should be better at work" "I HAVE to" "I should be etc etc"

To now" Cool I choose to now go over here, i get to now go over here or I get to cook food for my family." It creates fun, curious and exciting and I love to do it!

Peace is found in acceptance

Accept imperfection.
Accept uncertainty.
Accept the uncontrollable.
You don't have to understand, tolerate or even forget something.
But if you want peace, you must accept it and be grateful you get to learn

Health starts in your mind.

You can go to the gym, eat healthily, do yoga, drink water and take vitamins.
But if you don't directly confront the negativity in your thoughts, you will never truly be healthy.

Our health isn't measured on scales, by the size of our muscles or by the width of our waist. True health is measured by the quality of our thoughts and the peacefulness of our minds.

How healthy are you?

"I will" changes your life - your mind won't stop until you have what you want. Expands your brain and creates your path and ideas.
