Everything goes in cycles. The months, the seasons, the hormones, the energies, the learnings and the letting go.

Checking in regularly with where you are at, how you are really feeling (not what you think you should be feeling☝️) and honouring your needs. Will make the flow of these cycles a little less like the ocean in a hurricane.

There is always time to sit and ponder what is on the horizon and if you feel there isn't you may need to sit and ponder for double the amount of time😉

Quiet the mind to hear what is in your heart... You will never hear the wrong answer👂🙏

💫Calling in all our guides & ancestors🙌

This has been a common thread in the last few weeks in my clinic sessions and my own personal journey.

Have you ever felt we are never truly alone?

Draw on the help, guidance and strength of those that have passed but are always watching over us just waiting to be asked.

They see it all but can't just help... We need to ask them and be open to recieve.

Many years ago my Sacred Grandmother (7 generations back on my Mother's side) came into my life and she has been my rock and no.1 guide ever since.

For her I am truly grateful🙏💜 and if time travel ever begins I would definitely go back to meet her in the flesh... She is cheeky, quirky and straight up (maybe why we get on so well😉☺️)

Feel the fear and do it anyway!

What a ride... 11mths ago I felt called to bring in the feminine and begin to dance again. But not my usually structured ballroom and latin style however💃😉

Burlesque landed in my awareness with an amazing woman named Ash from 🙏💞💞💞

I started with a few friends and gained a whole load more🥰

I had to face parts of myself I had kept hidden and protected. I had to let the old fears rise, be seen and be loved into change.

My body had other ideas... But I had a choice... Walk away or face it and create my new reality.

I am so glad I worked through it with supportive friends and my own Kinesiologist👌

Now I know I can do anything I put my mind to and I have awakened something sacred🌷

My work is to empower women to empower themselves, I will never stop empowering myself with new experiences and techniques so I can always show up 100% of the time for the community I represent.

Have you ever experienced a healing in a lucid dream?

Over the last 6mths I have been getting repeated feedback from clients that after a session (usually an Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique) they are having powerful, life changing dreams that shift something so deeply in them that they hadn't been able to shift before.

Last night after I saw my own Kinesiologist for stage fright, I too had all night long lucid dreams rewriting parts of my old story to aid and guide me better in this lifetime.

This happened to me about 3mths ago at a week long retreat as well.

Wow... So powerful, it feels like I have been on a 3 day plant medicine journey but in the warmth and comfort of my own bed😉

Its all energy right? I attract what I need. So now I fully understand the journey that has been shown to me through my clients.
