Shoulder Mobility - Release Tension from Feeding & Holding Baby 🧘♂️ 🍼
1. *Start seated*: Sit cross-legged on a mat, feeling grounded.
2. *Grab something*: Hold a yoga strap, towel, or even a baby blanket with both hands, arms extended up (Image 1).
3. *Stretch and breathe*: Gently pull the strap back behind you as far as comfortable, stretching arms up and opening chest. Breathe deeply.
4. *Side stretch*: Lean to one side, keeping hips grounded (Image 2), stretch and hold. Switch sides.
5. *Pull back*: Keeping spine straight, hold the strap with one arm up and one arm down, and gently pull back (Image 3). Switch arms.
6. *Relax*: Drop shoulders away from ears, breathe out tension.
