Something to consider … reflecting on the truth of your relationship to be able to make changes 💫💫… for Brett and myself we constantly make time for us! And a conscious decision to have no phone time …. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Total Bliss Style of Living

What is your reaction to being hurt???

Our first reaction to hurt is either anger or sadness!
Then a reactive pattern can start … which one have you created ?
Now you are Self Aware…. Being mindful not to fear this feeling! This is a FEELING… and is absolutely ok to feel…
Next time you feel hurt in some way… sit in a quiet space and observe your body, your mind and support yourself through this feel…. Being ok to just FEEL… it will pass…💫💫

Why do we assume that because you are family or have been a friend for many years … less effort or NURTURING is required?? How many times do you hear… “I don’t know what happened.. we just stopped talking”… it takes effort!! Like they say .. you need to feed a relationship whatever style of relationship it is! The same principle when only one is participating or making all the effort!! This relationship is not on an even playing field which becomes exhausting for the other… it is not sustainable…
❤️ I want you to reflect on past relationships and current relationships…. Are you or did you nurture? Or were you the solo participant? There are many factors in why our relationships no longer exist however being SELF AWARE… of your participation is a major key🗝️… which allows change 🧚🏻‍♂️
