Ipseity.
An interesting word I just discovered.

The quiet core beneath the roles, the coping, the expectations.

This photo made me reflect on myself and the work I do, and love so deeply.
It feels like a reflection of why I do this work: therapy as a gentle return to self. Not fixing, not performing, not becoming someone else… but remembering who you and I already are beneath the noise.

So much of healing is about coming home to that unborrowed self, slowly, safely, with compassion.

What a beautiful way to close a year filled with so many workshops, circles, stories, and brave hearts. 💛
