🌿 Nature, Wellbeing & a Hidden Gem on the Gold Coast 🌿

I’ve had so many conversations this year about the way nature supports our mental health — how it grounds us, eases stress, and shifts our nervous system back into balance.

Today I walked Pages Pinnacle for the very first time, and I was so surprised by how beautiful it was. It’s not a long track, but it offers incredible views and a real sense of spaciousness. There’s a but of a clime/rock scramble at the top which just adds a bit of adrenaline to the adventure!

For me, walks like this are more than just time outdoors — they are medicine. A reminder that healing and nourishment can be found in the rhythm of our steps, the stillness of the bush, and the vastness of the view.
