About me

I believe the capable hands of a massage therapist can knead away tension, stress and pain, but more serious issues are often treated by a clinical massage therapist.

Hi :-) I am Clarita and I am Advanced Certificated Massage therapist for more them 13 years and member of IITC Association.

I have worked closely with Physiotherapists and chiropractic clinics assisting patients with my massage. As well, I have a corporate experience and worked closely with muscular problems caused by seating or standing for long hours.

I pride myself on avoiding formulaic massages by listening to what you want, every time, as well as what I feel and see in your body needs. Attention to details and a good diagnosis are the keys for me.

My sessions bring together a wide variety of techniques that I've learned and continue to learn. Some of my modalities are Swedish massage, Sport massage, Remedial massage, hot stones , Trigger point therapy & Deep tissue massage.

I use techniques specifically designed to relief pain caused by traumatic events like a car accidents, muscles spasms cause after a bad sleep position.

I can help you with a knee pain cause after a long walk , help the restricted neck to improve range of motion ! I can relief sciatica pain with articulation techniques and gentle stretches, and treat your shoulder pain. If you running a marathon I can prepare your muscles for a long journey or helping with exhausted muscles after a long running or gym !

But now...lets talk about the RELAXATION ....I have noted most of my clients have high stress problems and most of them suffer from anxiety...I was in the same track many years ago...when I found the flowers essences, aromatherapy and together with a relaxing massage techniques and the compassion and Love intention of my therapist finally helped me so much to fight all the uncomfortable feelings of the stress. Lavander, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense are my favourites essential oils and I would love you to try them !

I was so passionate about Flowers essences and I became A Flower Essence Practitioner and I got my Diploma in 2020 !

How did I end in the Spa industry ? I was very curious about how would it be to work in a SPA with relaxing music, aromas & candles...

I started working at Endota Spa Martin Place in Sydney when I met my lovely Manager who believed in me straight away !

I learnt so much and I did extensive courses to finally become a Skin therapist. I took it very seriously and I conquered facials treatments with advance machineries, I became Specialist & Expert at Dermalogica Institute and advances courses at the French Institute in BellDonLaqua Intituto,.

I am passionate about skin care ingredients and formulations.

What I learnt most a long of the years was how certain ingredients act in the skin and which one will work best in each skin condition.
