Turns out sometimes the answer is to make things simpler, not harder.
Week 1 of the 21 Day Strip Back ✔️
Sometimes you just need to strip everything back and return to the fundamentals that work.
Nothing extreme.
Just simple habits:
• whole food
• higher protein
• daily movement
• accountability
At 57 and navigating menopause, I’m not chasing perfection. I just want to feel strong, energised and good in my body again.
Fun fact: after menopause women can lose up to 3–8% of muscle mass per decade, which is why protein and strength work become even more important.
What I love about this program is that it takes the thinking out of it — the meal ideas, food lists and short workouts are already there. You just show up and follow along.
And doing this alongside an incredible community of women makes it even better.
