It’s delicious… it’s good for me… and the perfect way to start the day.
But for me …. it’s also about what’s actually in it.
Not all protein is equal… and that’s something I’ve become a lot more aware of lately.
I keep it simple and build my smoothies like this:
• French Vanilla as the protein base
• frozen fruit - today it’s banana
• chia seeds or oats to bulk it up
• milk of choice
• ice for that thick, creamy texture
Quick, filling, and an easy way to support getting enough protein throughout the day.
