What a day🙌

This last Sunday marked five years since the very first I AM HUMN sunrise gathering. What started as a simple sunrise meet-up has slowly grown into a community that keeps showing up, connecting and supporting one another.
This morning we gathered for our usual fortnightly Sunrise @ The Creek. Breath, movement, meditation, connection in nature, and a refreshing dip in the water. We also shared our five-element nervous system regulation protocol inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, guiding the body through the elements to support balance and regulation.
Later in the day we came back together at sunset for the New Moon ceremony a space to reflect, let go and plant new intentions.
It was also the first time we ran two events in one day, and both were a beautiful success. Grateful for the collaboration, the people who showed up, and the energy everyone brought.
Thank you to the team and to everyone who has supported this journey along the way. It wouldn’t be what it is without you.
Looking forward to what the future will bring.

What a beautiful way to start the day 🌿
Thank you so much to everyone who showed up for yourselves, for each other, and for the people you love. Bringing your partners, friends, and close family into this space is powerful. It’s a reminder that when we come together as a group of like minded individuals, the impact ripples far beyond the morning itself.
Practising together through breath, movement, stillness, and sound allows us to reconnect, regulate, and gently step into a better version of ourselves. This is how real change happens, not in isolation, but in community.
A huge thank you to for facilitating such a deep sense of connection and for holding the sound journey so beautifully 🙌
See you all again in a fortnight.
