IT’S WORLD SPINE DAY! 🤸
This year’s theme is ‘Invest in Your Spine”.
It’s to help make more people aware that good spinal health can lead to a long-term healthier and more mobile life.
Here's some small but powerful daily health habits to put into your routine to help invest in your spinal health:
✅Leading an active lifestyle, with at least 30 minutes of daily physical activity
✅Sitting properly on ergonomic seating - especially if you work in an office
✅Taking regular breaks from sitting or repetitive activity
✅Stretching regularly
✅Limiting mobile device use
✅Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet and staying well hydrated
✅Getting 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night
