Why do you move?…

The word freedom keeps coming up for me lately. Freedom to move, freedom to keep moving, freedom to do the things I love with the people I love.

I want that for all of us. But I think we can over complicate it / be overwhelmed by the noise and what we ‘should’ and ‘shouldn’t’ be doing for our health.

A consistent Pilates practice allows me to show up in the world and do all the things I love the most. It’s my mind & body’s support system. It makes me strong from my core and enables me to stand taller. It teaches me inner strength and how it is connected to outer strength. I’m rarely sore, but I am always challenged, and reminded of why I show up and MOVE🤎
