3 of my fav GMCo back exercises with the Flow Reformer:

1. Pelvic curls
2. Back extension
3. Quadruped

Lower back pain, bulging or slipped discs — these injuries are far too common. One of the things I love the most about Pilates is the focus on moving your back. There’s no other movement practice like it that weaves spinal articulation throughout.

These can all be performed on a regular reformer or the mat, but just as effective on the Flow Reformer and much more accessible.
