My new little fan all the way from Darwin NT.

I have never met this precious little girl, I hope she remembers her breathing exercises and her positive affirmations throughout her childhood and into her adult life.

Emotions are high today receiving beautiful messages and getting lots of new little fans from my online children’s Yoga.

I created a 12-month delusional goal list in late october to purchase a brand new white car with white interior ( my dream )

While scrolling through my phone tonight I noticed that list  and glanced over it to realise I had actuallly achieved one of my top three goals in just seven weeks after creating my delusional 12 month goal list. The most successful thing I want in life is internal happiness.

How precious One thing I have been noticing lately especially at all the early learning centres I  teach at is the boys are really enjoying Yoga usually it’s the girls right up the front…over the last eight weeks It’s been all the little boys right up the front.
