People that train daily, eat a well balanced healthy diet, drink 2-3 litres of water a day, sleep 7-8 hours at night, have a semi stress free life, don’t take medications & feel good in themselves. Still carry a lot of built up waste in the colon. Along with the gas that is fermenting from the toxic load. This lady is training to compete and even on show days, she still had the little bulge that she couldn’t shake. No matter how depleted she was. This can be due to parasites & toxic overload. Remember an unhealthy environment (gut), is the perfect breeding ground for parasites. Keep those elimination pathways moving and expelling waste atleast once a day. Great results ♥️
