I'm Anna, I'm Australian Hungarian, a world traveller, a lover of music, arts, dancing, nature and life in general. I have always known I want to live a life in service to others, and having experienced complex trauma and living life with PTSD and GAD, I found I can be of most use by sharing the very resources and tools that helped me the most. I now find fulfilment in providing support to others in their own journey of growth. Qualifications:
• Diploma of Counselling 2021.
• Diploma of Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy, 2021.
• Certified Laughter Leader with Merv Neil, CEO of LYA, 2020.
• Science of Well-being via Yale University, Coursera, 2020.
• Psychological first aid via Johns Hopkins University, Coursera, 2020.
• NVC Transforming our Conversations foundations via Anne Deane, 2020.
• Further study: Get out of your mind and into your life, Acceptance and commitment therapy, Steven C Hayes PHD, 2021. The Dialectal Behavioural Therapy Skills Workbook by Matthew McKay PHD, 2021. Services:
- Group workshops: Available for festivals, markets, private events such as baby showers and birthday parties.
- Laughter yoga leader, for groups or individuals.
- One on one holistic arts therapy and counselling.

Being ok with rejection can be difficult, but when we live as our authentic self, we give the ourselves the opportunity to connect with others in a deep and meaningful way, fostering long term relationships, instead of wasting our time trying to be liked by those who will eventually fall out of our lives because they never fit in the first place.

Can you think of a time you stressed about an event for days or even weeks before it happened, only to realise once it had passed that it wasn't all that bad?

Mindfulness can help us to separate from our thoughts by observing them rather than becoming a part of them, and bring peace and ease into our life by taking the focus off the things that stress us out, back into the now.

Take a few steady breaths in, and long breaths out, noticing what you see around you, what you feel (such as the chair you're sitting on), if there is anything you can hear, smell or taste, and get back to your day with the intention to come back to the present more than you did yesterday. 🌿
