Meet Fiona Jones – one of our amazing Sonographers at Haven Ultrasound, Parkwood.

Fiona brings a wealth of experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology ultrasound, along with a genuine warmth that patients immediately feel at ease with.

Having worked in O&G ultrasound and IVF across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Fiona took a break to explore other interests before recently returning to Sonography — and we’re so glad she did!

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Fiona walking on the beach or on her tractor at her Hinterland acreage — the perfect balance of sea and country living!

Her calm nature, clinical skill and caring approach make every appointment a reassuring experience.

If you’re under 12 weeks and experiencing symptoms such as bleeding, cramping, or pregnancy concerns, our dedicated clinic offers prompt assessment and early ultrasound imaging.

Patients first discuss with a Midwife, who will assess their concerns and symptoms. You’ll then have an on-site ultrasound, with clear follow-up recommendations provided based on your results. Our specialist team offers detailed viability scans, early identification of potential concerns, and compassionate guidance so you understand what’s happening and what comes next.

If you are experiencing heavy bleeding or severe pain, we recommend attending the Emergency Department.
