Podium: Final clean completed and services commissioned
Levels 1–3: Final clean completed and services commissioned
Levels 4–5: Final fitments and painting underway
Facade: Completed from Level 1 above
Balustrades: Completed from Level 1 above
Balcony tiling: Completed from Level 1 above
Render and paint: Completed from Level 1 above
Current works: Podium works, planters, concrete works and landscaping in progress

☕ Thank You for the Free Coffee This Morning! 🍪

A big thank you to Kozzy & Dynamic Hydro-Excavations for shouting everyone free coffee and biscuits on site this morning — such a great way to start the day! 👷‍♂️💙

This shout was proudly done in collaboration with MATES in Construction, an organisation dedicated to supporting mental health and wellbeing in the building and construction industry. They do incredible work providing on-site support, training, and encouraging workers to look out for their mates — because no one should struggle alone.

We really appreciate the generosity and the important message behind it.

Parkwood Welcome Centre Opening Celebrations!

Thank you to everyone who came along on a beautiful sunny day Friday 5th December for the opening of our Parkwood Welcome Centre. It was great to see our two directors Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs provide updates on our luxury resort-style retirement village here at Parkwood followed by morning tea and tours.

A special thank you to our future residents who joined in the celebration and all the Living Choice team who did a wonderful job in preparing and hosting this event.

Our wonderful future Living Choice Parkwood residents joined us recently for a relaxing morning tea at Seaway Kiosk, Main Beach — sharing stories, laughter, and a sweet treat (or two!) with their soon-to-be neighbours.

It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces come together, building the sense of community that makes Living Choice Parkwood so special.

Thanks to everyone who braved the heat and came along to our OPEN DAY TOURS at Living Choice Parkwood last week.

We explored three beautifully designed display apartments — The Peacock, The Thornbill, and The Hummingbird. And for the first time guests witnessed our exciting, world-class Leisure Centre, currently under construction and taking shape, featuring an indoor magnesium pool, well-equipped gym, stage and auditorium, wine room, resident cinema and much more.

We also welcomed LCA staff and our new Sales State Manager for Queensland, Amy.
