✨ Open Day Success at Living Choice Parkwood

What an incredible day we had at Living Choice Parkwood!

Our recent Open Day was a huge success, giving everyone the opportunity to experience our now completed Building 2 apartments — and the feedback was amazing.

It was wonderful to see so many people walking through the apartments, enjoying the beautiful views, and getting a real feel for the lifestyle on offer here at Parkwood.

A big thank you to everyone who attended — we loved having you and look forward to welcoming many more new residents to our community soon.

What a fantastic evening at Living Choice Parkwood’s very first Happy Hour on Friday!
It was wonderful to see residents coming together, sharing laughs, and getting to know one another. The great atmosphere carried on well into the night, which is always a sign of a truly special community.

A special moment for Living Choice Parkwood, our very first residents have officially moved in!

Tuesday, 31 March marked our first Move-In Day, and what an exciting time it’s been as our new community begins to come to life.

From the very first arrivals, you can already feel the energy building—neighbours meeting, friendships forming, and a vibrant community starting to take shape.

☕ Thank You for the Free Coffee This Morning! 🍪

A big thank you to Kozzy & Dynamic Hydro-Excavations for shouting everyone free coffee and biscuits on site this morning — such a great way to start the day! 👷‍♂️💙

This shout was proudly done in collaboration with MATES in Construction, an organisation dedicated to supporting mental health and wellbeing in the building and construction industry. They do incredible work providing on-site support, training, and encouraging workers to look out for their mates — because no one should struggle alone.

We really appreciate the generosity and the important message behind it.

Parkwood Welcome Centre Opening Celebrations!

Thank you to everyone who came along on a beautiful sunny day Friday 5th December for the opening of our Parkwood Welcome Centre. It was great to see our two directors Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs provide updates on our luxury resort-style retirement village here at Parkwood followed by morning tea and tours.

A special thank you to our future residents who joined in the celebration and all the Living Choice team who did a wonderful job in preparing and hosting this event.
