Pete was amazing as the Ambassador of the inaugural 4km Wheelchair Race last year.

This year it returns for its 2nd year as a 5km Wheelchair race, aimed at junior and beginner wheelchair athletes. As a pathway event for the 10km Wheelchair Race and Wheelchair Marathon.

It's amazing to hear that there are record numbers over the wheelchair events! I'm sure that numbers will only increase with increased opportunities for athletes with disabilities towards the Brisbane 2032 Paralympics.

That's Pete, see you on the start line.
