How to Set Goals for 2025
Goal setting can be exciting, but if you’re not clear about your goals, you could be setting yourself up for failure. The key? It’s not about writing vague goals like “losing weight” or “making more money.” Instead, it’s about creating a clear action plan and aligning your daily habits with your vision.
Here’s an example of how to make it work for you
• Avoid vague goals: Goals like “I want to lose weight” or “make more money” are too broad and don’t provide a clear path to follow.
• Focus on habits: Identify the daily, weekly, and monthly actions your future self would take.
• Set deadlines: Incorporate these tasks into your routine and commit to following through.
• Write your to do list: Break down your goals into small actionable steps
• Success is in the behaviours: You achieve your goals by changing your actions—not by just writing them down.

The Over 40’s Transformation Centre concept was born from husband and wife team George and Melissa Saragas.
George is a former Elite Athlete for Sprinting from the Institute of Sport Canberra, his accomplishments include Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and an Author of many books with extensive knowledge in Health, Training and Nutrition.
Melissa has a background in Fitness, Pilates, Dance, Gymnastics and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business and Counselling. Melissa is the Founder and Designer of Messina Fit Ladies Activewear which can be purchased in the facilities.
Over 40’s Transformation Centre specialises in weight loss, training, and Nutrition for Men and Women over 40 and beyond. Over 40 Transformation Centre is quite different to any other facility. Our unique method focuses on results for over 40’s and is primarily the same as hiring a personal trainer without the price tag. This exact system is what we have used for a number of years with our clients. It involves the 3 pillars to any successful body transformation which includes:
Your Training
You have access to all of our small group personalised sessions each week which are tailored for our clientele, regardless of fitness level, or injuries. There will be over 35 sessions per week to choose from, which include Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness, Pilates, Stretch, Roller Recovery & HIIT. We provide weekly weigh-ins to check your on target toward your goal and before and after body composition testing.
Your Nutrition
You receive a personalised nutrition plan once we complete your initial assessment to determine your starting point. You will access all of your information via our members portal. Logging into your portal gives you direct access to your personalised plan, healthy recipes, grocery list, workout guides for when you are away, workout tutorials, weekly check in forms plus more.
Accountability
You will have your coaches always by your side, guiding you and keeping you on track to keep you progressing. As a member you will have access to our private Facebook community of like minded individuals where we will share tips and tricks about how to progress quicker than ever before. Our focus is to see you succeed! Our clients are welcome to our in house free monthly seminars. We will be holding informative seminars on hormonal health, training methods, nutrition tips on how to maximise results, injury prevention, anti aging plus more.
