On behalf of my family we thank you for all the love and support we have felt over the past few weeks. We appreciate the time taken to spend with us (in person and online) on Tuesday 23 November as we remembered Christine and celebrated her with one final hurrah. It was so beautiful to spend the day with you and we have loved hearing your appreciation at being able to be with us and to be reminded of mum’s amazing life and legacy.

The weather held. The turnout was fantastic. And with handfuls of celebration dust (pink sand & foil glitter) we laid mum to rest, looking like a fairytale princess 💖 — the perfect end to her mortal life as she now lies interned, reunited with her fairytale prince 💕👸💕🤴💕

Hi all. We have had to move mum’s celebration and burial to Tuesday 23 November.

In our planning we confirmed original date with everyone BUT the cemetery. OOPs!

She’d be laughing at us, I’m sure. One last classic Ratajczek story before she is laid to rest. 🤪

The event details have been updated. Please check your availability if you have confirmed attendance for Monday. We look forward to seeing you there ❤️

Thank you to all our friends and family for your overwhelming outpour of love and expressions of condolences at mum’s passing. The stories, memories and pictures have bought smiles to us as we learn of hidden recollections previously unknown.

We welcome you to continue to share your thoughts here as we prepare for her funeral.

We also thought it might help to stop sending things from mum’s account (😬) to avoid any confusion 🤪🤣❤️.! Anyone who knows our family is well aware that it is humour and love that helps us through these tough times.
