Our time spent together was absolutely incredible and I can’t express how much it meant to me to get to know each of you on a deeper level, to see you all opening your hearts and minds, and connecting with yourselves and each other!

It’s truly inspiring to see you all step forth, face your fears, doubts and worries, and answer the call to Reiki, even when the path ahead may feel unclear! Following the voice of your heart will always lead you wherever you are meant to go, so well done for trusting it! 🤍👌✨

Watching you all light up by the end of our time together, radiating confidence and joy, filled my heart with so much happiness and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes each of you! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all the beautiful souls who have shared powerful experiences with me this year at The Cotton Rooms. Whether through Reiki trainings, breathwork events, 1:1 healing sessions, or simply being part of this amazing online community, your energy has been a profound gift, deeply felt and appreciated! 🙏

As the festive season unfolds and the year comes to a close, I’ll be stepping back from this online space to be present with my family. It’s time to rest and embrace the magic of the season, gearing up for all the amazing things the new year will bring!

What an INCREDIBLE weekend with these beautiful ladies, who joined me for Reiki Level One at The Cotton Rooms! 🥹🙏🤍

Thank you for trusting your intuition which guided you here to answer the call! 🙏

The journey we shared was filled with rawness, vulnerability, and profound self-acceptance, as we opened our hearts and minds together. 🙌

The Black Panther served as our powerful spirit animal guide throughout the weekend, reminding us to trust our instincts, explore what’s hidden, and embrace our inner strength. She helped to bring awareness to the wounds that have passed down the feminine lineage, so we can bring healing to our minds, bodies and spirits. I was not suprised that this majestic feline was the totem, after hearing your stories and how they resonated with this! 🖤🙌

This sacred initiation was especially meaningful also, as it marked the final Reiki training for 2025! 🥹

I am so grateful for each of you and the space we created together. I can’t wait to see how your journeys unfold from here…

LETTING GO - TRUTH - AUTHENTICITY

Not only has this been a theme I too am journeying with, it is also something that is being highlighted in many of the people’s lives around me!

It is time to start accepting those uncomfortable truths, it is time to stop appeasing for fear of judgement or rejection and it is time for more authenticity and TRUE self-love…

I say this with love and compassion and with full acknowledgment of all that comes with that…

The invitation is there, it is up to you if you accept the assignment or continue playing small, silencing your truth and authenticity for others’ comfortability…

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL of these INCREDIBLE Earth Angels! 🎉🙌👏

Over the weekend, I had the immense pleasure of guiding two groups of women through their initiation! 🌟

Not only were there many light-hearted moments of laughter, play, and silliness, but there were also MANY moments of deep diving into the hidden parts of the psyche. Many tears were shed, many truths acknowledged, and many quantum leaps took place… literally right before my eyes! ⏳

One of my personal favourite parts about level 2 is hearing how the initiates have been since level 1! Nothing brings me more joy than hearing how their lives have changed and how incredible and aligned they feel! 🥹

The bonds formed, the layers shed, and the empowerment felt are just next level, and I can’t thank each of you enough for choosing me as your Reiki Master! 😭🙏

I will always be here, cheering for you, fanning your flames, and encouraging your lights to shine brightly from here on out!

The transformations from day 1 to day 2 were jaw‑dropping. They walked in one way and walked out almost unrecognisable! 🥹😱🤩
