Celebrating the incredible journey of these six beautiful ANGEL goddesses who graduated from their Reiki Level Two initiation training with me this past weekend at The Cotton Rooms! 🤍✨








This day was a tapestry of special, empowering, soulful, and light-hearted moments, woven together with the overarching theme of self-reclamation and divine feminine energy. Not only did they dive deep into the knowledge and tools of Level Two Reiki, but they also participated in a beautiful opening ceremony (which I wish I could share more about, but it’s top-secret squirrel info for now! 🤫).

They experienced two sacred ceremonial Reiki attunements, a somatic breathwork journey, heartfelt sharing circles, intention setting rituals, angel card readings, and finished the day with the magical practice of sending Reiki healing energy to their loved ones. 🤲🥹

I specialize in Reiki certification training and initiations because I witness firsthand how transformative and life-changing this path can be. Whether these ladies are choosing to heal themselves, support their loved ones, uplift their communities, or offer services to clients, the essence remains the same: they are opening their hearts to the light, healing their wounds, and stepping into their highest potential. 🌟

Each intake is incredibly special to me, but this one held an extra layer of magic as I had some close soul sisters by my side, making the experience even more memorable and sentimental. I am riding a giant wave of love, gratitude, and high vibes right now, feeling the wind beneath my wings! 🌬️🪽

Congratulations to each and every one of you, beautiful goddesses! It was the greatest honour and pleasure to walk you through the Reiki Two doors. 🪽🏛️🏹Wishing you nothing but love, health, happiness, joy, abundance, peace, and prosperity on your journeys ahead. I can’t wait to see this next level of your evolution unfold! ✨

3 years ago i had a vision…

I wholeheartedly trusted it and pursued it with blind faith.

I worked my absolute butt off to bring it to fruition and anchor it into physical reality and let me tell you, it has been the most transformative, fulfilling and impactful experience of my life to date! 🪽

Never in a million years would I ever have thought I would create my own energy healing, self-care sanctuary, combining Reiki, Breathwork and Sound healing with luxury Spa Therapy, pioneering in the industry and revolutionising the way we look after ourselves, be my own boss and actually succeed at it, AND feel the most aligned and purposeful I have ever felt! 😍

When i think about this vision and the journey I have been on, it makes me incredibly emotional… 😭🥹

The peoples lives I have touched and the ripple effect from that 🤯, the community I have cultivated, the friendships I have made, the ideas i have brought to life, the lessons I have learnt, the glass ceilings I have smashed, the tenancity and resilience I have gained and the inner transformation and evolution I have gone through has truly been SURREAL! 🌟

And now, the ability to completely trust and surrender that my next chapter is calling me and my purpose is deepening and evolving… 🤍🪽

Just all of it, has been so mindblowingly beautiful and divine! ✨

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping me bring this dream to life, for supporting me and this creation. I couldn’t have done it without all of you! 🙏

This isn’t the end, the story continues, it’s just time to turn the last page of this chapter and allow the unfolding of the new one! 💫📖

This weekend at The Cotton Rooms, we embarked on a profound journey together as you completed your Reiki Level 1 initiation… 😇

It was a weekend filled with deep connection and vulnerability, and I will forever hold this experience close to my heart. It was so special in so many ways 🥹🤍

Each of you brought your unique energy and spirit, creating a sacred space that radiated love and healing. ✨

I truly hope you received everything that was intended for you during our time together and may the gifts of Reiki serve you and those you share this energy with for the rest of your lives. 🤲

Thank you for trusting me to guide you on this journey and for following the whispers of your souls. 🙏

This journey will remain etched in my heart forever. 🥹🫶

I met my younger self down by the creek today…

She was 45 mins early. I was 15.

Her hair was snapped off bleach blonde, with a full face of slept-in makeup from the night before. She wore the brightest, shiniest mini dress she owned, layered with black leggings to hide her legs she was ashamed of.
I had freshly washed brown hair, complimentary makeup, & a flowy white dress with a crystal crown.

She arrived alone in an old, rickety spray painted, matte black hatchback with a Pl***oy bunny sticker on the back.
I came with my two little ones in a shiny new car.

I asked if she was thirsty, she said she was hella thirsty, winked, laughed, & cracked open a bourbon & cola while lighting a cigarette.
I pulled out my filtered water & lit a Palo Santo stick.

She opened up about feeling vulnerable & worried about the backlash from her bad decisions she made the night before. I told her it’s okay—your feelings are valid & it makes sense why you acted in those self-destructive ways.
I then shared how proud i am for how much self-respect i now have.

Tears welled in her eyes, & in an attempt to escape her pain, she rolled up a J.
I said, “It’s okay, I won’t judge you. This isn’t a drug problem, it’s your solution—the only one you have access to right now.”
I shared that I had found better ways to work through my internal pain & left that lifestyle behind over a decade ago.

She asked if she would ever be worthy of true love without sacrificing her body for false validation.
I smiled & replied, “You are more worthy than you realise”.
I then showed her a picture of my husband, who loves me for exactly who i am, to the very depths of my soul.”

She wanted to move to a new town because of her bad reputation & recent job loss for stealing.
I encouraged her to follow her inner guidance, even if it’s scary.
That’s how I ended up where I am now—working for myself, living out my soul’s passion.

A smile crept onto her face at the thought of starting fresh. She hoped to make new friendships, having struggled to fit in & find belonging.
I shared how I now choose to keep a select few people in my life & how happy I am to have healthy friendships.

Have you ever felt stuck in a never-ending loop, unable to change despite your best efforts? 🙁

The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure that you seek 💎

This is one of my all time favourite quotes!

Fear is something we all feel sometimes. It’s that scary feeling that makes us worry and hold back from doing things! 🫣

Sometimes, fear feels like a big, scary monster in our minds. It tells us we’re not good enough or that bad things will happen if we try something new. It can make us stay in our comfort zones and miss out on awesome experiences...

But here’s the thing: When we run away from our fears, we let them control us. They become like bullies that make us feel small and scared. But when we face our fears, something magical happens! ✨

We realize that they’re not as scary as we thought. As we take small steps towards our fears, they start to shrink and lose their power 😉

Facing our fears also makes us feel more powerful and confident. We become better at dealing with change and challenges. We learn to trust ourselves and believe in our abilities. And the more fears we conquer, the more open we become to new opportunities and adventures.

In the end, facing our fears isn’t about getting rid of fear completely. It’s about learning to deal with fear in a better way. It’s about seeing fear as something normal and using it as a chance to become stronger and braver!

So, my friends, I encourage you to think of one way that you can be brave today and take action on overcoming a fear!

It can be as simple as talking to someone new, signing up to that course, taking that dance class you have always wanted to or it may be the decision to start exploring your own shadows and inner caves by trying a new healing modality!

The ONLY way to live a fulfilling impactful life is to consciously conquer that fear based voice, run towards it and don’t look back! 🏃‍♀️💨
