Becoming immobilized by severe, asymmetrical lower back pain, an uneven walking stride, or blinding electrical Sciatica shooting down one leg requires a direct mechanical realignment of your foundation.

Functional orthopedics and structural chiropractors heavily target the absolute center joint of your pelvis: The P***c Symphysis. When you sit cross-legged, carry a child on one hip, or sleep weirdly, the two halves of your pelvic bowl physically twist and lock out of alignment. This pelvic shear twists the base of your spine, violently crushing your sciatic nerve.

By lying flat on your back, placing a thick, hard object (like a textbook or a foam yoga block) directly between your knees, and actively squeezing your knees together at 100% maximum effort for 5 seconds, you execute a massive isometric override. The intense contraction of your massive adductor muscles physically yanks on the pelvic bones. Strength training becomes even more important after 40 💚

Not because you need to “shrink yourself”
but because your body deserves support.

As we get older, we naturally lose muscle mass, strength and bone density if we don’t challenge it.

it’s simply having your little one with you 💚

For my 1:1 sessions, supervised children are welcome.

I know life doesn’t always line up perfectly, and sometimes waiting for the “perfect time” to start means it never happens.

If bringing your child along helps make training more doable, that’s absolutely okay here ✨

A little more real life.
A little less pressure.

That ache in your lower back might be more than just tight muscles.

It could be hormonal….

During your cycle (or through perimenopause), your body releases hormone-like chemicals called prostaglandins.

These help the uterus contract but when produced in excess, they can also trigger inflammation and cramping in your lower back, hips, and thighs, especially if there’s an existing weakness or tension in the area.

Supporting your body through these hormonal shifts can make a huge difference.
