Amidst the golden land down under's sun,
Where bravery blooms, battles hard-won,
A tale unfolds of souls in need,
Seeking solace through mindful seed.

In the realm of heroes, warriors strong,
An Australian veteran, burdened by wrong,
Haunted by echoes of conflicts past,
Yearning for peace to eternally last.

They tread a path, seeking to heal,
Through mindful steps, emotions reveal.
In silence's embrace, they find release,
A refuge of calm, a welcomed peace.

With each breath, a moment to be,
Mindfulness weaves its tapestry,
Awakening senses, grounding the soul,
In the stillness, fragments become whole.

The eucalyptus whispers in the breeze,
A balm for wounds, nature's gentle ease.
As kangaroos bound on sacred land,
They teach resilience, majestic and grand.

In the arms of fellowship, they find,
Comrades united, hearts intertwined.
Shared stories, laughter, tears they shed,
Rebuilding bonds thought long since dead.

In the embrace of mindful respite,
Hope blossoms anew, banishing night.
For in the present, peace is found,
A sanctuary where healing is crowned.

Oh, Australian veteran, brave and true,
May mindfulness guide, nurture you through,
May the path of healing lead you home,
With love and gratitude, may you forever roam.
