Today is not a celebration, it's a pause.
A moment to sit with the weight of what was given, and who gave it.
For many of the people we care for, today isn't just a public holiday. It's personal. It's heavy. It brings back memories that don't fade with time — and grief that deserves to be honoured, not rushed past.
We are blessed to walk alongside those who sacrificed so much to be trusted with their care, their comfort, and their stories.
To every veteran, every family who has carried loss, every person for whom today feels complicated — we see you. We're here.
Without sacrifice, we wouldn't have what we have.
Today we reflect. We grieve with those who grieve. We give thanks with those who are grateful.
And we remember.
