A quick update to all of my wonderful clients.

Over the years, I’ve aimed to keep my service prices as affordable as possible so more people can access treatment. However, with the ever-increasing costs of running a business, it has come time for me to adjust my prices to better reflect the value of the services provided and align with industry standards.

All prices are inclusive of cupping or dry needling if required or requested.

From 1st April, my services will be:

Home Studio
• 1 Hour Remedial Massage – $105
• 90 Minute Remedial Massage – $135

Mobile Services
• 1 Hour Remedial Massage – $135
• 90 Minute Remedial Massage – $165

Group mobile bookings are also available — please enquire to discuss pricing.

As I work around the needs of my family (one of the perks of running my own business 😊), online bookings are temporarily disabled so I can better manage my schedule.

🏵🌼🩷 HAPPY MOTHERS DAY 🩷🌼🏵

Every day, I am so grateful for being a mum to these 3 amazing girls (yes, even when they are stressing me out)

Even though today is a hard day for many for one reason or another, it is still important to celebrate the love and commitment women make to raising amazing little humans who look to their mum for love and support and may one day be mothers and fathers themselves.

I remember when I decided to become a massage therapist, I did it because I wanted to help women through all stages of motherhood. To help ease the stress and tension held within our bodies and give them a chance to rest and recover while still being able to be there for my girls.

This is great news! Naturopathy has been reinstated for health fund rebates. I won't be finished my degree for another 2 years but I am very happy to hear this 😊

It is that time to reflect on the year that has been and to look within yourself and the people you surround yourself with and align your goals and values, think about what you are thankful for, and decide what is no longer serving you to

2024 has been a struggle for many people (myself included), and I am extremely grateful to the people who keep me going and my clients and friends who support me to continue to do something I love while providing for my family🙏

I am looking forward to 2025 being a year of healing and progress personally and professionally.

This Saturday is my last day treating, I will be back on the 3rd of January 2025 with a few changes.

In the new year, I will be available for bookings from Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday are my family days with my mini minions)

In addition, I am taking a break from studying for the year to focus on family and personal goals, which will allow more time for appointments!

Just a reminder, I am available for mobile appointments on request, and bookings can be made online (link in bio), or you can send me a DM to book.

It seems absurd to me that remedial massage is a funded treatment under NDIS when provided by an allied health professional but NOT when it is provided by a qualified, insured, and skilled Remedial Massage Therapist

Remedial Massage is not a luxury. It is a tool to manage pain and, for some people, improve their quality of life and function.
