Karishma करिश्मा means miracle in Sanskrit. We are a toxin-free, cruelty-free day spa that uses products sourced from nature.

At Karishma Health and Wellness we harness the potent and miraculous qualities of plants and herbs in all our treatments. Everything from the organic herbal tea that greets you, to the essential oil we use in the massage treatments have been thoroughly researched by a qualified naturopath to contain only the highest quality natural ingredients. At Karishma Health and Wellness the focus is on letting the guest reach a sense of calm and peace. To achieve this, we do not offer the every day beauty services. Our range of treatments are designed specifically for pampering and luxury and to heal the soul. We believe that everyone needs time out to be indulged, and everyone deserves 5-star quality service. Stephanie is the owner and therapist at Karishma Health and Wellness. Having grown up in the South Island of New Zealand, she moved to Australia in her early twenties to pursue her dream of studying natural medicine and spa therapies. She brings over 20 years’ experience in the health and healing industry, having worked at high-end luxury massage spas in Western Australia, the Cotswolds, London and Brisbane. Her qualifications include:
