2023 Australian Swimming Championships.

The largest annual event on the Swimming Australia calendar, the Australian Championships will attract thousands of athletes and spectators to one of the country’s premier swimming venues from April 17-20. The meet will bring together some of Australia’s most elite Olympic and Paralympic athletes, and serve as the selection event for the World Para Swimming World Championships team to head to Manchester in July 2023.

Amazing news!!!!

Congratulations to Griffith University’s Spinal Injury Project who received a major boost thanks to a $5.4 million funding extension from the Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC).

This funding brings the total MAIC investment into the Spinal Injury Project to more than $16 million since 2017 and funds the 35 researchers in the lab.

Thank you to Insurance Commissioner Neil Singleton and his team at MAIC who continue to support this important research.
