We use a variety of hands-on osteopathic techniques, in addition to complimentary techniques and treatments such as

myofascial cupping, dry needling, taping, and lifestyle & exercise advice to amplify manual therapy outcomes.

✨ Welcome Clare ✨

We’re so excited to officially welcome Clare to the team at Palm Beach Osteopathy.

Clare is a Remedial Massage Therapist with a special interest in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and we’re so happy to have her in clinic.

A few fun facts to get to know her a little better:

• I moved to Palm Beach from England as a teenager and have recently returned to the Gold Coast after many years away. It feels so good to be back living by the beach.

• I played football into my mid 20s, and when my local club in Brisbane needed players, I returned for a season in my mid 50s. I had a lot of fun and picked up a few injuries along the way.

• I have a dog named Kevin.

• Even though I have a very comfy sofa at home, I much prefer spending time on the floor. I love training my balance and staying connected to movement in everyday life.

• In clinic, I enjoy working with people of all ages, with a special passion for helping people move better as they age. I offer remedial massage and lymphatic drainage, supporting clients post cancer and those living with lymphoedema with thoughtful, tailored care.

Clare is currently in clinic Tuesday afternoons and Thursdays, with more days likely opening up soon.

🎄 Holiday Hours 🎄

A huge THANK YOU for your support throughout the year. Whether you’ve visited us once or many times, or followed from afar, we’re incredibly grateful for your support and we couldn’t be happier to be apart of your health journey!

Our reception team will be taking a short break (24 Dec – 5 Jan), limited osteopathy appointments will be available with Riley on select days. Bookings are online only during this time 🌿

🦴 Dr Riley’s availability:
• Mon 29th: 11am–5pm
• Tue 30th: 7am–12pm
• Fri 2nd: 9am–5pm
• Sat 3rd: 7am–2pm

Normal hours resume from 6 January, with Riley and Ella on osteopathy, Lochy on massage, and our reception team back in action.
Imagin and Blake will be back on Monday 9 January.

🌿 Meet Jai – a man of adventure, nature, and deep healing.

Let’s get to know Jai 👇🏽

🌴 Jai’s treatment style blends remedial massage, sound and vibration therapy, Reiki, cranial attunement, and energy work to help release deep-seated tension, clear blockages, and restore balance to the body and mind. As a facilitator of deep transformational work, he holds space for emotional release, energetic realignment, and profound healing—guiding his clients to reconnect with their inner power and vitality.

🌴 Outside of the treatment room, Jai is a master beekeeper, crafting 432Hz high-frequency medicinal honey for therapeutic healing. He also facilitates sweat lodge purification and renewal ceremonies, guiding people through deep physical and emotional healing.

🌴 Jai has lived life on the edge as an enduro MX racer, professional skydiver with over 2,500 jumps, wingsuit BASE jumper with 350+ jumps, big wave surfer, and passionate spearfisher and freediver.

🌴 Growing up on a wildlife sanctuary in Numinbah Valley, Jai became a professional herpetologist, working alongside Steve Irwin and teaching venomous snake handling across Australia and Southeast Asia. He has worked with Komodo dragons, crocodiles, goannas, bats, and almost every native Australian animal.
