Life can get very busy and sometimes we forget how important it is to STOP.
Taking the time to go for a little walk, sit in nature or even just sitting with a cup of tea and just being present in that moment. Allowing yourself to switch off and recharge is so important for our mental health and avoiding the feeling of becoming burnt out. This is not selfish this Is self care. Start choosing you even if it’s for 5min a day.
