What’s your 2026 vision board looking like? 🤓😎
If your ideas are in your head, you can’t see them….. get them down on paper 📝

This is my 3rd one & I find they help me to focus and not get distracted by many other “options” that pop up. These help me to action the things that matter to me and keep accountability as well.

My life was very different 10 years ago! 😬 #2016
Your life can look very different within 12 months let alone 10 years! 🎉💥

The first and I feel most life changing thing you will ever learn is to love and respect yourself!

You are so of your time, money and effort!

I wish I had of found Yoga sooner & invested in a & Life Design Coach when I was boy crazy & drinking too much to escape the reality of not liking myself. 💌

Thankfully I had a strong at work & she helped me without knowing stand up and for the life I wanted 💝

1 year ago Daffodil 🌼 came into our world 🌎 & we couldn’t be more in love & pleased we adopted her! 😍

She was rescued by the from a hoarders house with lots of other in**ed 💔 she’s had a long year of recover here & is doing amazing 🤩

Picture 5 shows what she looked like unloved & not being fed or exercised correctly. I share Daffodils story as you can physically see in dogs when they are loved and their needs are met how physically and mentally different they are. They see this with foster kids too!!!

9 years sober 2026 ❤️‍🔥

First 2 pictures 2017, maybe you can relate?
super skinny not eating coz “ eating is cheating” & we want to get smash 💥 as well as be attractive to males. 🦍

3rd 2018 first sober, new years adopting turtles 🐢 & adventuring in Borneo to avoid behaviours I didn’t want to repeat.
I’m hearing you, but I’ll loose all my friends! I did shed some & that’s ok, you can remember the good times and still love them. You will find new ways to hang with your friends I promise + new friends are to come too! 😁

You will wake up feeling fantastic, not worried about what you might have said or did wrong the night before. You might even go on a 8km run, swim in your pool & walk the dogs 🐶 🐶 coz you had enough money 💰

Your New Years have endless possibilities without alcohol too! Maybe a beach sound healing event? Maybe a movie night or dinner by the water with friends & coconut water 🍓

Giving up something that no longer serves you doesn’t mean you miss out! Things just look and feel different until you find what aligns and bring your joy 🤩

It’s not that “ new year, new me”!
It’s new year watch me explore and try new things to find alignment for where I am now and who I wanna be!

When others success upsets you or you feels others “ have more” than you, is that worthy of taking up space in this one human body and mind of yours? 🔐

What boosts your moods? 💪

When I am feeling overwhelmed or over extending myself I always come back to my mood boosters!

A hot bath with a hot Cacao and my book or a walk! These work every time!

This week I volunteered packing baby & kids clothes for families in need. I heard heartwarming stories of how these boxes help women affected by domestic violence to be able to finally stay away from their abuser & see there is a community to support them. 💞

In my first Mindset Coaching session we use a tool called the wheel of life & part of this helps us to allocate time and energy to giving back, however that may look for you. ☮️

What hit me this week was a conversation around being kind to strangers over your loved ones. 🤨

If we are only kind externally to others this is to maintain our image. As I always say we first must put our own oxygen mask on before helping others. In this situation it means, we first must look within our home and how we treat the ones closest to us. 🪞

How we treat those closest to us, is more important than how we treat strangers at times, if it’s for status and image management. 👀

More importantly, who do you want to be? 🦋
