I often get asked, can you heal me?

The short, truthful (& rather abrupt) answer is NO. I can’t ‘heal’ or ‘fix’ you, for you are not truly broken.

You are responsible for your own healing. Which in part, is the realisation of the wholeness that you already are 🫶

I hold a safe space for transformation, channel energies, somatic work, offer intuitive guidance, provide supportive tools, reflections & practices - YES!

Buttt it’s up to you to DO THE WORK & become devoted to your own self growth. To take radical self accountability for your behaviours, habits, actions, triggers and life you are creating.

The saviour you’ve been searching for lives inside of yourself. You are the key, the one who has the answers you need 🗝️

Our body is communing with us ALL THE TIME ~ it’s up to us to truly listen!

You’re the only one that can walk the hero’s journey back home to your own sacred heart. Through radical self-acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, devotion, and love.

It was my cheeky Aquarian 93year old Nan’s birthday on Sunday. She is thrivinggg for her age, sweet as a button & has the best laugh I know 👵🏼☀️

🎉 We celebrated with a nice family day out & a delicious dinner.. but one thing that wasn’t on her birthday wish list was a serving of mosquito bites! She had an allergic reaction that caused her to break out in welts & a red rash all up her arms 🦟

So from my lil medicine women’s toolkit, I applied drops of Frankincense & Lavender onto her arms before she went to bed that night! (Applying Peppermint oil on a fresh bite can work wonders & help take away that initial itchiness)

The next morning she awoke bright as a daisy with her arms nearly completely healed (swipe across to see pictures above). In the past, it‘s taken her days to recover with her beautiful sensitive Scottish skin!

Just another little reason why I love having these oils on hand & working with powerful plant allies to support people finding natural health solutions 🌿🫶

In 2023, TRUST became my soothing remedy and unwavering compass, steering me through transformative waves of grief and loss.

As I step into 2024, my soul has chosen PEACE as the guiding light for this chapter. Aligned with the numerology of my personal year, 7, it feels like a harmonious fit. Beyond the surface, peace is more than just tranquility—it’s an authentic sense of inner freedom.

🎓 Congratulations to another group of incredible beings for completing their final workshop for the Ashati Healer Training Certificate over the weekend in Brisbane!

It’s truly such an honour & in my highest joy to be able to teach, empower & initiate new heart-centred healers into the world!

To remind people of their inherent power, soul gifts & of the body’s innate divine intelligence to heal itself. To empower the healer within.

Sharing these powerful energetic tools & activations to support someone on their own healing journey, with the potential to help others is a huge passion of mine 🥰

This is the incredible Standley Chasm! A true treasure that we discovered on the way to Uluṟu. The outback Australian landscape feels so very sacred & speaks to a part of my being that was longing to be remembered.

On this journey I am constantly being reminded of the subtle yet healing power of BEing in nature 🌿

Unplugging from the outside world to reconnect with the pure beauty that these sacred lands have to offer in every present moment 🦅🌅✨

A lot of our great ancestors, even our mothers and fathers, did not have the opportunity to do so. They likely did not have the available resources, education, tools or awareness to empower them on such a journey.

We can be the revolutioniser of our family line, for this is the gift of freedom we were handed down by our ancestor’s selflessness and sacrifices.

So we could have the empowered choice to live another way. To end the cycle of suffering with us and liberate our next generation. To truly live as the sovereign individual creators we came here to be.

For the past few years I’ve been tuning inwards to find a key word to intentionally guide me throughout the year ahead.

This year my word is TRUST. There are many layers to the ‘trust’…

Trust in self

Trust in others

Trust in love

Trust in life

Trust in intuition/ internal guidance

Trust in a higher power/ the universe/ source consciousness

I selected the word ‘trust’ so I can deepen my level of trust in all aspects of my life. To help me release control & surrender to the flow, holding faith that whatever happens is always for my highest good. To be able to fall back in deep trust knowing what is truly meant for me will never pass me by. To lean into trust, even when it is difficult to muster… especially when uncertainty, discomfort or the unknown is involved - can I still keep on trusting anyway with an open heart?

So I gently ask you again, what is your guiding word for 2023? A word that will act like an internal compass, navigating you towards your true north in life. I encourage you to take your time to sit with this, truly sense how the frequency of each potential word FEELS in your body & system.

Even as a youngster, I remember feeling this internal pressure like I was running out of time to do what I needed to do. I felt I had a greater purpose to fulfil on earth, with only a limited time to ‘remember’ it & make it happen.

I now realise our purpose is not necessarily something that we always have to ‘DO‘. Yes, some humans may start out with a clear cut mission or knowing about something they are destined to contribute to the world… but that level of clarity is quite rare.

In truth, we enact our divine purpose daily just by showing up & BEing present in the world around us. Our purpose is not necessarily about the ‘what’, but rather the ‘why’ & ‘how’. How can we be of greater service to ourselves & thereby the whole? How can I use my unique gifts & energy to positively impact my relationships, people, the environment & the world at large?

Even the act of consciously tuning into your breath is living purposefully. So is nourishing your beautiful vessel & the hearts of those around you. So is the magical act of birthing & nurturing life. So is devoting yourself to your joy, love, spirit, service or passions. All forms of intentional living truly foster a sense of purpose.

When devoted to our inner evolution, authentic truth & by being anchored in love, our energetic frequency transmits our purpose & impacts those around us.

Just a gentle reminder that our Dharma is forever-unfolding in every moment. There is no rush, we all are exactly where we are meant to be. Continue to show up & serve the world best by BEing authentically you - that is your superpower 🤍

✨ Some of us this lifetime have been faced with a choice… to follow the path that has been carved out before us or dare traverse the road less travelled. To seek safety and comfort in the known, or to risk security & instead follow the passion blazing in our hearts. To continue living life as society expects us to or take action upon our inner calling.

Lately, I’ve had some beautiful humans reach out that are facing this very fork in the road & pending life decision.

We have the option to break-free of societal conditioning & become the sovereign co-creators of our own life anytime we choose. It may require some letting go, overcoming past comfort zones & leaning into resistance… but this is where our greatest EXPANSION lies!

At the beginning of 2022, I re-wrote the narrative of how I found my inner sense of security & comfort in life.

I realised that we are able to find security in embracing change, knowing it is always for our highest good. That we can anchor our sense of safety in trusting ourselves & the inner guidance we receive. That we can even learn to find comfort in the discomfort, especially with the awareness that this too shall pass 🕊

Please let this be a reminder to have the courage to act upon your passions & soul’s deepest desires, no matter how scary it may initially seem.

Forge a new path, don’t follow. Somebody has to go first 👣
