Our kids often have so many choices to make and this can be quite overwhelming. 🤦
Narrowing the choice down to 2 can be far easier and more manageable for them. 2️⃣
Instead of saying which one do you want, what do you want, where will we go, try saying...
❓Would you like this one or that one?
Would you like strawberry or chocolate?🍦
❓Will we go here or there?
Will we go to the playground or the beach?🏖️

Reading to your child for 10 minutes every day not only has a significant impact on your child’s reading skills but also gives your child 10 minutes of YOU time which they often crave. 📖
Our lives are so so busy these days but if you can find at least 10 mins a day it will be well worth it, not just for your child but also for you. 🌟
Even if the 10 mins is just for a simple snuggle ❤️ 🤗

Feeling anxious? 🙄
Something as simple as focusing on your breathing can help.☺️
It's free and can be done wherever and whenever. 🌈

Try the following:
1. Place you hands on your tummy
2. Breathe in through your nose and feel your tummy growing
3. Breathe out through your mouth as slowly as you can (count back from 10) and feel your tummy shrinking.
4. Do this for as long as you need to. ☺️
