Have you heard about "air-conditioningitis"?
It isn't a disease and it is a group of symptoms caused by staying cold room. If you try search cold room sickness, many people says you cannot be sick from coldness and the others say you can.
One thing is clear. Whether you name it as a disease or not, you could suffer from a list of symptoms like a common cold.
Such as headache, fatigue, drowsiness, sneeze, runny nose, digestive disorders, puffy face or hands, dry-up respiratory system, alternating hot and chill, etc....
To prevent or to manage?
reducing exposing time in cold, keep temp difference of indoor and outdoor between 5-8 degree Celsius, drink warm water, cover neck, shoulder and knee, open a window regularly for ventilation, using a humidifier and REST etc
Even it isn't a disease but it would be recommended to go to see your GP. In some cases, it could be a real infection.
