Lately I’ve been thinking about what our future could really look like…
and honestly, it’s exciting.

We’re heading toward a time where AI will do the hard stuff the labour, the farming, the cleaning, the admin, the boring work — and that means everyone will have what they need.
No stress. No bills. No struggling.

We’ll live in clean, beautiful communities with safe water, fresh food, and the freedom to do whatever lights us up.

And the most incredible part?
Medical advances are about to explode.
Chronic pain, autoimmune issues, mental illness, cancers — all the things humans have suffered with for generations — will be preventable, treatable, or fully healed.
No more exhaustion. No more being limited by our bodies.

Imagine living in a small, peaceful community designed around what YOU love.
I’d be surfing in our crystal-clear communal wave pool with no crowds… ever.
Others might choose the mountain community for hiking and climbing, or the motorbike trails, or the river and water-sports villages.
Every community with the same high quality of life — and built around joy, not survival.

🌿 I had a little realisation today and I took these pics to remind me of my mood.

I was up at Tallai, looking out over the Gold Coast from 160 Tallai Road (probably the most expensive house that is for sale on the GC) and it hit me how much our mood can shape the way we see everything.

I’ve been feeling a bit flat lately, and suddenly life felt heavier than it really was.
But standing there with that view… I could feel my whole energy shift.
I realised even if i had the money to buy this house, I wouldn’t want it lol.
Sometimes we just need a reminder to step back, breathe, and refill ourselves again.

Nothing was “wrong” — I just needed perspective.

Sharing this in case anyone else has been feeling the same. 💛

☀️Heres a couple if reasons you should watch the sunrise.

Early sunlight exposure triggers a release of serotonin, which is the “feel-good” neurotransmitter that later converts into melatonin at night.

Mindset is everything.
I recently started writing down the nice unexpected or unplanned random things that happen to me every day.
It’s the little things, like I was in my car writing an email on my phone and when I looked up a whole flock of cockatoos had landed next to my car on the grass, there must have been more than 50 of them. I watched them for a while then suddenly they all flew off into the near by trees.
I also found $20 in my shirt pocket. 😃

I just commented on a community post to help with anxiety in children and thought I’d make a post here as some of you might know someone that this could benefit.

Here are a few practical tips that can help your child manage anxiety:

1. Create a Calm Routine

Kids feel safer when life is predictable. Having a regular morning and bedtime routine can reduce stress. Eg, a calm bedtime ritual like bath, story, breathing exercise, lights out gives their body and mind the signal that everything is safe and okay.

2. Teach “Balloon Breathing”

Make breathing fun by turning it into a game. Tell your child to imagine blowing up a big balloon in their belly:
• Inhale slowly through the nose, filling their tummy like a balloon.
• Hold for a count of 2.
• Exhale slowly through the mouth, letting the balloon deflate.
Doing this three times when they feel anxious helps calm the nervous system.

3. Use a Worry Box or Notebook

Give them a little box or notebook where they can “put their worries.” They can write or draw what’s bothering them, then close the box or shut the book. This gives their brain permission to let the worry go, knowing it’s “kept safe” somewhere.

I’m not into stiff clinical sessions or digging up your whole life story for hours. That’s not how I roll.
