My darlings,
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the incredible journey we’ve shared over the last four and a half years with Adam’s Aerobics. I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing women, and I’m beyond grateful for each of you. What began as a side hustle before COVID to keep us all motivated through a tough time quickly grew into something truly special. Before I knew it, I was teaching five classes a week, appearing on TV and the news, and hosting private events and corporate bookings.
As much as I’ve loved every moment, the time has come to phase out these classes. With my other commitments and schedule, it’s no longer sustainable to keep them going. To everyone who joined me for my final class last Wednesday, thank you for the love and energy you shared. It truly meant the world to me.
Adam’s Aerobics has brought so much joy, laughter, and connection—not just to you, but to me as well. I will miss seeing your faces every week, but don’t worry, there are exciting things ahead! In the new year, I’ll be scheduling some pop-up classes around the coast, so make sure you’re keeping an eye on my socials for updates.
Until then, I’m sending you all love, laughter, and plenty of dancing.
