Tittibhasana is one of the strongest arm balances we teach.
This week Mogan trusted the cues, trusted their body, and lifted into it beautifully.

This is why I love Yoga - Tittibhasana feels so strong because it combines multiple high-demand elements at the same time - and very few poses require this exact mix. It isn’t just strength; it’s the coordination of strength, mobility, and balance in unusual directions.

4 weeks of dedication to self and to practice has seen the lovely Nicole be able to remove props and bring hands to heart with a smile through breath, trust and removing the barrier of "I can't". Well done I am super honoured and proud!! ❤️
