✨ A Very Special Milestone ✨

Today we celebrate our beautiful foundation member KT, who has been with us since day one of my time at Yoga in Paradise. 🌿

From that very first class, KT has been a constant light in our community – showing up with dedication, kindness, and a love of practice that inspires everyone around them. 💛

This week, she has reached an incredible milestone: 200 classes with us! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

4 weeks of dedication to self and to practice has seen the lovely Nicole be able to remove props and bring hands to heart with a smile through breath, trust and removing the barrier of "I can't". Well done I am super honoured and proud!! ❤️

Join us for a heart-opening Winter Solstice Ritual — a nourishing experience designed to gently guide you into the darker months with clarity, intention, and presence. Held in collaboration with our friend Erin, this is a space to come home to yourself, supported by community and ancient wisdom.
